I AM VEGAN AS I BELIEVE FIRMLY THAT WE DO NOT NEED ANIMALS IN ANY WAY OTHER THAN BEING OUR LOVING FRIENDS. I HAVE EXPERIENCED BY FAR MORE ENERGY & BETTER HEALTH BY SWITCHING FROM BEING A LIGHT MEAT EATER (AGE OF 0-15) TO BECOMING VEGETARIAN UNTIL 3 YEARS AGO AND NOW TO PURE VEGAN.


HOWEVER, I ALSO BELIEVE THAT EVERYONE HAS TO DO WHAT WORKS FOR THEM. THESE ARE JUST MY HUMBLE OPINIONS BASED ON MY RESEARCH * EXPEREINCE WORKING WITH FELLOW DANCERS,STUDENTS & PARENTS & LISTENING TO WHAT WORKS FOR EVERYONE.
